Delivery information

Orders are packed in Colne, Lancashire and sent to UK addresses. Standard tracked delivery is currently £3.49. Your dispatch confirmation will contain the available tracking details.

For larger landlord or trade orders, contact us before buying so we can confirm stock and the best delivery option.

Returns & refunds

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Non-defective products must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Email adamcolne@gmail.com with your order details before returning anything by mail. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect. No restocking fee is charged. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned product is received and checked.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with photographs of the item and packaging so we can put it right. Your statutory rights are not affected.

What causes mould and how to stop it

Mould often returns when moisture remains in the room. Condensation on cold walls, limited ventilation, leaks and drying clothes indoors can all contribute.

  1. Identify and fix leaks or persistent damp.
  2. Improve ventilation and use extractor fans where possible.
  3. Clean and treat the affected surface using the product instructions.
  4. Once dry, protect redecorated surfaces with a suitable additive where appropriate.

Treatment removes and protects surfaces, but it cannot replace repairs to the underlying moisture problem.

How to remove mould in bathrooms

  1. Ventilate the room and wear the protection stated on the label.
  2. Test the treatment on a small hidden area first.
  3. Apply it only as directed, allowing the full contact time.
  4. Rinse or wipe only if the product instructions require it.
  5. Let the surface dry fully before repainting or applying another product.

Badly damaged silicone or porous material may need replacing rather than repeated cleaning.

How to use mould additive in paint

Paint additive is intended to help protect a prepared, dry surface. It should not be used to hide active mould or unresolved damp.

  1. Remove existing mould and correct the moisture source.
  2. Allow the wall or ceiling to dry completely.
  3. Check that the additive is compatible with your chosen paint.
  4. Mix the exact amount stated on the manufacturer label.
  5. Apply the paint according to both manufacturers’ instructions.
