You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Condition

Non-defective products must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Products must be securely packaged for return.

How to return an item

Email adamcolne@gmail.com with your order details before returning anything by mail. We will provide the return instructions.

Return costs

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect. No restocking fee is charged.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned product is received and checked. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to display the refund.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with photographs of the item and packaging so we can put it right. Your statutory rights are not affected.
